Quick ciders
I filled these two demijohns with tangy apples and rainwater to make the most simple of all ciders. I popped some crimson crab apples into one bottle and am interested to know what effect they will have on the final cider; perhaps they will colour it differently. I didn't add sugar or even raisins, with the yeasts they are said to carry. I think there is enough yeast on the skins of the apples to do the trick.
